By using TeslaX you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
TeslaX is an independent, third-party app that lets you monitor and control a Tesla vehicle via Tesla's official Fleet API. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tesla, Inc. Data and command availability depend on Tesla's services and may change or stop beyond our control.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. You must own the vehicle or be authorized to use it.
Some features send real commands to the car (lock, climate, charging, etc.). You are responsible for safe and lawful use. Sensitive commands are not executed without your confirmation.
Some values (e.g. battery health) are estimates derived from available data and may not be 100% accurate. They are not an official diagnosis.
Tesla may charge for certain Fleet API calls. We work to minimize these, but the app is provided "as is".
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
