TeslaX (developer: FictionX) is an independent app that helps you monitor and control your Tesla vehicle through Tesla's official Fleet API using Tesla's official sign-in. We never ask for or store your Tesla account password.
Name, email, phone number, country, and a hashed password. Used to create your account, sign in, and provide support.
When you link your car we store the Tesla-issued access/refresh tokens encrypted on our server (AES-256-GCM). They are used only to talk to Tesla on your behalf and are never written to logs.
e.g. VIN, model, state of charge and range, charging state, temperatures, tire pressures, lock/sentry state, odometer, and vehicle location. We derive trips, charging sessions, battery-health estimates, and parking spots (with an optional photo you add).
Your phone's location (only when using the "route to your car" feature), a push-notification token, and the automation rules and settings you create.
Every request also carries a technical description of the client you are on: platform (iPhone / Android / web), device model and OS version, app version, display language, time-zone offset, screen size, connection type (Wi-Fi or mobile data — never the network name), the IP address the request reaches us from, and a random id the app generates on first launch to tell your devices apart (it disappears when you uninstall the app or clear the browser). We use it for support, account security, and to know which app versions must stay supported.
No third-party ads, tracking, or analytics SDKs. No Advertising ID, no permanent device identifiers (IMEI, Android ID, MAC address), no Wi-Fi network name, no contacts. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

No other sharing. No advertising, no data brokers.
Data is stored on our server (omanlab.app). Account data is kept until you delete your account. Some logs are pruned automatically (detailed vehicle-state rows after ~90 days, PDF files after ~60 days). See the Data Retention Policy.
All traffic over HTTPS. Tesla tokens encrypted at rest. No sensitive secrets are embedded in the app itself.
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
